I have 30+ years of specific experience in implementing and maintaining services and product lines at multiple locations, in the automotive, manufacturing, defense and healthcare industries. I also have a MBA and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. My experience and background has always involved fixing and improving struggling organizations. This includes both small and large businesses, as well as, private and corporately owned businesses. I have extensive management experience that includes retail, finance, operations, human resources, customer service, sales and marketing. My MBA and engineering background have created strong analytical, financial and implementation skills that I use to lead and motivate others to achieve their fullest potential.
